You’ll be at the center of our confectionery production, with the keys to lead, develop, and inspire a team of skilled colleagues. We’re looking for a passionate confectioner or baker with natural leadership qualities – someone who’s ready to set the direction and also be hands-on in daily production.

Your day at Lagkagehuset
Your day starts early, with the smell of butter, sugar, and chocolate in the air. You begin by assigning tasks and making sure your team is set up for success. Throughout the day, you’ll be involved in production yourself, coach your colleagues, and keep an eye on pace and quality. You’ll always have your finger on the pulse – and you’ll lead the way when we aim higher.

We hope to find you who:

Is a trained or experiences confectioner or baker with experience from a professional pastry or bakery setting – preferably with leadership experience

Has a eye for detail and high standards for both taste and appearance

Works in a structured way and understands food safety and hygiene regulations

Speaks, reads, and understands Danish or English

Working hours:
This is a full-time position, with time off every other weekend.
Salary based on qualifications.

To be considered for this position, you must be living in Denmark, and unfortunately, we are not able to assist with relocation.
It is a requirement for this position that you have experience working in a confectionery or bakery.
