Teamleder with background as baker or pastry chef for Lagkagehusets in Brøndby

Are you a skilled baker or confectioner with management ambitions - and maybe even management experience? Do you also want to be part of a large and well-functioning production unit in Brøndby, where you are allowed to take great responsibility and develop together with us?

Lagkagehuset was founded back in 2008, when the two bakers, Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebæk, joined forces and founded what is today Lagkagehuset.

Since then, we have been on an expansion adventure, which has now brought our baked goods to more than 100 locations in Denmark, England and the US.

Whether our customers meet us in Copenhagen, Haderslev, London or New York, we have a stated goal of providing them with quality products that are baked with love. Crafts that are rooted in the proud Danish traditions.

To ensure that our customers in Sjælland meet baked goods in a class of their own every day, we are looking for a baker or confectioner who has a professional as well as human ballast that makes him or her a natural leader and role model for colleagues. A baker or confectioner who will take the lead and gradually take on greater and greater responsibility. 


Your everyday work

You will be the leader of a team that at night produces a wide range of confectionery and other baked goods for our guests. The team consists of approx. 20 employees.

You lead, motivate and ensure the high quality - and take the lead in production. At the same time, you become part of the management team in the patisserie, where you, together with the pastry chef, deputy manager and the other team leaders, ensure a good workplace that puts quality, food safety and good cooperation at the forefront.

We are ready to support your professional and managerial development - in practice at home in production and through development activities together with management colleagues from the rest of Lagkagehuset.

  • Is passionate about your craft
  • Has experience with process management, quality assurance and food safety
  • Is professionally skilled
  • Is responsible and good at working independently
  • Is a good leader and communicator
  • Is meeting stable and structured
  • Is fluent in Danish and English
  • Is good at maintaining an overview and dealing with a sometimes-hectic everyday life
  • Is full of initiative


Some practical information

We can offer 37 hours a week, a weekly day off and time off every other weekend.

It is therefore expected that you have to a reasonable extent had management experience in your previous job. Salary is by qualifications.

Lagkagehusets rødder og værdier daterer tilbage til 1991, hvor Ole Kristoffersen åbnede et bageri på Christianshavn og Steen skallebæk åbnede et bageri i Haderslev. I 2008 slog de to bagervenner sig sammen, hvor de med et fælles ønske om at revolutionere danskernes brødoplevelse stiftede Lagkagehuset, som vi kender det i dag.

Efter at Lagkagehuset i 2017 blev solgt til nye stærke og ambitiøse ejere, efterlever vi stadig dedikeret vores stifteres holdning: Hvis noget er værd at gøre, så er det værd at gøre med liv og sjæl. Det betyder, at vi med de bedste råvarer og dygtigste medarbejdere altid gør vores ypperste for at være et højdepunkt i både vores gæsters og kollegaers hverdag.

Vores passionerede bagere og konditorer leverer hver dag rustikke og raffinerede kvalitetsprodukter til vores bagerier i hele landet – og udlandet.
