Job Purpose and Role
•   As teamleader in our warehouse you are a part of the leader team at our production unit consisting of a wide range of coworkers with different purposes and backgrounds. You will be leading and motivating the team while you secure the order and structure of the warehouse. 

Professional Skills
•   Truck certificate
•   Work at a consistent pace that meets acceptable levels of movement and performance
•   Previous experience in warehouse (FIFO, 5S) 
•   Communicate effectively with internal and external partners across the supply chain.
•   Maintain work area clean and organised
•   Manage to use Microsoft Word and Warehouse management systems 

Personal Competencies
•   Structured and agile at the same time
•   Good communication and leadership skills 
•  Drive to deliver good quality in your daily work
•   Ability to operate effectively with a positive attitude
•   Contribute with cross functional teams at the production units
•   Be a team player and get along well with co-workers from different culture

Practicalities
It is a full-time position with location in Brøndby. A part of your day will take place in a cooler/freezer, and the working hours of this positions will be between XX-XX.
